ORANGE, Calif. — TK Carsites revealed earlier this week that it has appointed a new vice president of operations. Named to this post was Brad Highland, whose main duty will be to head up the company's customer-facing operations.

Highland has more than eight years of operations experience within the auto industry. He was recently the director of business development at KPA, a provider of software and services related to the areas of safety, environment and human resource compliance.

"With the recent growth of TK it is vital that all client support units maintain solid, consistent service. Every client relationship is paramount to achieving TK's strategic vision, strengthening the TK brand in the automotive space by offering best in class products and service," stated TK chief executive officer Richard Valenta.

"Brad's primary responsibility as head of operations is to ensure each TK client experiences the highest level of service for the full length of the relationship," he added.

Highland shared: "To provide top-notch service to our TK clients we need high performing, focused teams. By implementing industry best practices in areas such as recruitment, hiring, performance management and employee retention we can acquire and retain great talent.

"My experience in the automotive space has provided me a good understanding of an auto retailer's expectations with regards to vendor services," Highland added. "The focus that TK Carsites puts on serving their clients is a testament to the people at TK and their commitment to TK's customer base."
