BALTIMORE -

Phone call monitoring company CallRevu has partnered with customer relationship management system provider VinSolutions to produce a platform that the companies say will help automotive dealers more efficiently connect with potential customers, and log sales calls in a centralized location.

The companies say the new platform, called VinSolutions Connect CRM, will help dealers “maximize each phone opportunity.”

With key features of the new platform, users will be able to get the best use of inbound and outbound calling. Those features include automated integration of all inbound sales calls, performance monitoring of all outbound calls and a new click-to-call feature directly through VinSolutions Connect CRM.

The platform will automatically record the calls and send them into the dealership’s CRM for user-level access and manager review.

VinSolutions Connect CRM’s CallRevu-powered outbound click-to-call feature includes new machine monitoring technology, and the companies say the technology “greatly enriches” call analytics. They also say the dashboard makes customer follow-up more productive and transparent.

The new partnership between CallRevu and VinSolutions brings greater call functionality. With that functionality, dealers can best use the top features of both systems on one integrated platform, according to the companies.

“We are thrilled to announce this new partnership with VinSolutions that will drastically increase functionality between the two systems and the flow of information for a seamless experience,” CallRevu chief product officer Tom Harsha said in a news release. “Now, managers will be able to easily access detailed call analytics to improve team productivity and increase appointment results,” says.

VinSolutions associate vice president for product Kristen Baehr said the partnership with CallRevu helps her company meet its goals of streamlining workflows and improving efficiency for its dealer clients.

“We look forward to our mutual clients receiving expanded functionality like click-to-call, which will allow for increased productivity and a more efficient user-experience,” Baehr said.
