ALBANY, N.Y. -

Auto/Mate Dealership Systems is preparing to host its national Customer User Summit in San Antonio from Nov. 7 to Nov. 9 at the Hilton Palacio Del Rio.

The three-day fall event features breakout sessions designed to train attendees to competitively leverage Auto/Mate's dealership management system.

The company announced Monday that there are open event sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities for potential partners who are interested in increasing their brand awareness and networking with Auto/Mate customers and vendors.

Along with learning how to get the most of the company’s DMS, Auto/Mate said that attendees can also get a chance to explore its both new and in-pilot features.

“This event offers our customers a great opportunity to ask us questions, make suggestions and network with other people who work at dealerships, allowing them to share ideas and best practices,” Auto/Mate president and chief executive officer Mike Esposito said in a news release.

Along with event perks including guest speaker discussions, meals and happy hours, there will be a variety of educational workshops, presentations and training sessions for attendees to take advantage of, according to Auto/Mate.

“The Auto/Mate team is very receptive to our needs,” said John Corsa, controller at Susquehanna Auto. “I went to last year’s summit with three suggestions from our management team and left a breakout session delightfully surprised knowing that they are already scheduled for production."

The summit’s early bird registration deadline is Aug. 10.

Customer rates for the event are $99 per person and $79 for each additional attendee from the same dealership. Meanwhile, regular rates are $129 per person and $109 for any additional attendee from the same dealership.

Oct. 12 is the final deadline for registration.
