CHICAGO -

DealerCenter, which provides web-based and mobile technology products for dealerships and finance companies, said on Thursday that its new partnership with MAX Digital will provide independent dealers with access to market-based pricing and appraisal intelligence.

Dealers will gain that intelligence through DealerCenter’s all-in-one dealer management system and mobile product.

MAX Digital executive vice president Mike Cavanaugh said the value of accurate, market-based pricing continues to grow.

“And we are consistently optimizing the quality of our data for every level of our customers,” Cavanaugh said in a news release.

He continued, “This partnership is such a clear win-win-win with DealerCenter providing a convenient way for independent dealers across the nation to upgrade to MAX data while remaining within the seamless DealerCenter experience.”

MAX Digital said that with the 2001 founding of FirstLook, it established data operations in this category. Data has continued to expand as a focus area within the company throughout the years, the company said, and it now processes millions of VINs daily and filters them to provide what the company describes as “the cleanest, most accurate results.”

“That foundation of vehicle market data is then expanded with updated vehicle packages and information, so pricing to market with precision is easy,” MAX Digital said.

“Being able to grant access to the level of detail MAX provides by market across our dealer network is a home run for our customers,” said DealerCenter vice president of business development Barry Lane.
