CARY, N.C. -

Audi has launched a monthly vehicle subscription service, partnering with five Dallas-Fort Worth-area dealerships, including two Group 1 Automotive stores.

Through the Audi select subscription program, which costs $1,395 per month, subscribers will be able to use the Audi A4 sedan, A5 Cabriolet, Audi Q5 and Audi Q7 SUVs, and S5 Coupe models. They will also be provided two free days of rentals from Silvercar, a mobility company Audi bought last year.

Subscribers are allowed to swap out of vehicles twice a month. They can have vehicles delivered through concierge pick-up, at the dealership or to their home.

Audi select also includes insurance, maintenance and roadside assistance. There is no limit on mileage.

“Audi is building an ecosystem that will allow consumers to access the brand how they want, when they want and where they want,” Audi of America president Scott Keogh said in a news release.

“Working closely with our dealer network in the Dallas area, Audi select is an important next step in offering customers premium mobility solutions with the options and flexibility that fit their lives,” he said.

An Audi spokesperson said the program is being offered at its five DFW-area stores:

Audi Fort Worth
Audi Grapevine
Audi Dallas
Audi Plano
Audi McKinney

Two of those, Audi Fort Worth and Audi Grapevine, are part of Group 1 Automotive.

“We are delighted to expand our relationship with Audi to offer this innovative customer experience,” Group 1 president and chief executive officer Earl Hesterberg said in a news release.

“We are proud to be invited to launch this program, which we anticipate will introduce new clients to our outstanding customer service, stores and product lines,” he said.
