Automotive dealership brokerage firm, Performance Brokerage Services announced the sale of Pat Peck Kia from Group 1 Automotive to Ryan Mayer of Tameron Automotive.

Pat Peck Kia will remain at its current location at 10611 Boney Ave. in D’Iberville, Miss.

George Chaconas, adviser for the transaction and the Southeast partner for Performance Brokerage Services said the company was happy to work with John Vrbanac of Group 1 Automotive in selling the Kia dealership.

“We have always enjoyed working with Group 1 Automotive in the past and look forward to helping them grow through acquisitions in the coming years,” Chaconas said in a news release.

Performance Brokerage Services provides intermediary services to buyers and sellers of automotive, commercial truck, motorcycle, RV and equipment dealerships.
