MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. -

Since joining Holman Enterprises in 2010, Rick Tousaw has risen through the ranks to serve as senior vice president and general manager of ARI Canada before his most recent position as executive vice president and chief commercial officer for ARI.

Holman recently appointed Tousaw to fill the newly created role of chief marketing officer. In that role, he will oversee the strategic development and execution of the organization’s marketing efforts.

The company also recently announced two additional leadership appointments that it said will further support its strategic vision and continued growth. They are Anthony Foursha and Craig Balfour.

ARI promoted Foursha to executive vice president, sales and service excellence. In that role, Foursha will lead ARI’s new business development and client relations strategy on a global scale.

Balfour will serve as vice president of marketing for dealership group Holman Automotive.

As for Tousaw, he also serves as chief commercial officer for the Holman businesses that serve the fleet industry: ARI, Auto Truck Group and Holman Parts Distribution.

Tousaw also previously held leadership positions with Molson Coors Brewing, Ocean Spray International, and Unilever Canada before joining Holman.

ARI says that Foursha has played a crucial role in helping customers solve complex business challenges through strategic fleet management services since he joined ARI more than 20 years ago.

In his new position as vice president of marketing for Holman Automotive, Balfour is responsible for the retail automotive marketing strategy for the organization’s 36 dealership franchises. Those franchises represent 17 brands.

Balfour served in key leadership roles across numerous areas of the business during his more than seven-year tenure with ARI. The roles have been in the areas of sales, strategic services, and marketing.

Balfour held various sales and marketing positions with several Fortune 500 companies before he joined ARI in 2012. PepsiCo and Molson Coors Brewing are among those companies.

“We are extremely excited to elevate Rick, Anthony, and Craig to new roles within the organization,” Holman Enterprises chief executive officer Carl Ortell said in a news release.

Ortell continued, “Their profound understanding of the needs of our customers and ability to ensure we align our business with what truly matters to our clients will help drive our shared success for many years to come. Their keen business acumen and proven leadership skills will continue to play a key role in our mission of providing the industry’s best automotive related services and exceeding our customers’ expectations each and every day.”
