Universal Lenders integrates with Darwin’s F&I and digital retailing software suite

news update

Universal Lenders recently announced the integration of its ZERO Plan program with the entire suite of Darwin Automotive F&I and digital retailing software solutions.

The companies explained this integration partnership will allow Darwin’s dealer clients access to premium finance all F&I products, including non-cancellable products, while seamlessly and effortlessly e-contracting the transaction using the ZERO Plan integration.

“The ZERO Plan and Darwin — what a perfect partnership,” Universal Lenders chief executive officer Jeff Jacobs said in a news release. “The ZERO Plan is the only installment plan that allows multiple F&I products from different providers to be premium financed on one installment agreement with one customer payment.

“Our dealer friendly program that funds the dealer in seven days, provides up to 36 installments and reduces chargebacks by 50% fits perfectly with Darwin’s award-winning platform,” Jacobs continued.

Darwin Automotive chief marketing officer Jeff Stafford added, “Many of our customers are extremely excited about the addition of The Zero Plan integration.

“Our goal is to provide the most seamless experience for our dealerships and integrations with best in class solutions such as The Zero Plan help accomplish this,” Stafford went on to say.

ALS Resolvion finalizes integration with RDN agent platform

cloud computing

About a month after rolling out its “mobile only” policy, ALS Resolvion announced this week that the skip-tracing and repossession management firm completed the integration between its proprietary operating system (Wombat) into the forwarder platform fueled by Recovery Database Network (RDN), which is a division of KAR Auction Services.

ALS Resolvion chief executive officer Michael Levison said in a news release, “This is a big step forward for us.

“We have been integrated into the lender side of RDN for years. However, this new integration completes and creates real time connectivity to the agent side of RDN, which is the system of record for a large percentage of our repossession agency partners,” continued Levison, who is slated to be among the speakers during Repo Con, which is part of Used Car Week that runs from Nov. 11-15 at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas.

Back in July, ALS Resolvion said under its new policy, the company will provide involuntary repossession assignments only to repossession agencies that are deploying mobile technology at the repo truck level.

And now it’s fully integrated with RDN.

“This integration accomplishes a number of important objectives for both our company and our clients," ALS Resolvion post repossession operations manager Danny Mullen said.

“In addition to creating significant operating and communication efficiencies with our agency network, it also greatly strengthens our overall compliance program as it allows us to change case status in real time in the agent’s system of record,” Mullen added.

From RDN’s perspective, the integration development also is positive.

“We continue to invest in enhancing the level of connectivity with agency users,” said Justin Zane, chief executive officer of RDN and Clear Plan.

“ALS Resolvion is a major source of business for many of our users and this new functionality will significantly increase the efficiency and compliance profile of those relationships," Zane went on to say.

Budco Financial integrates with Darwin Automotive

partnership

On Monday, Budco Financial announced the integration of its 0% payment plan services into the entire suite of Darwin Automotive F&I software solutions.

Officials explained Budco Financial’s addition to the Darwin F&I and Service menus, digital retailing solution and the new follow up program for previously declined F&I protection, can enable dealerships to seamlessly present, rate and remit F&I products electronically with an interest-free financing option. The added integration can allow their joint customer base to deliver a more personalized, effective customer experience.

Dealerships using the Darwin system can now immediately present and sell vehicle service contracts using Budco Financial’s interest-free financing option. They no longer have to enter duplicate information in multiple sites, thereby saving time and reducing errors.

“Budco Financial provides a unique opportunity for dealerships to sell incremental vehicle service contracts without customers paying interest,” said Jeff Stafford, chief marketing officer at Darwin Automotive/Superior Integrated Solutions. “Their platform aligns well with our desire to provide an integrated shopping experience for consumers and helps support the existing F&I process.

“Now, our users can present the menu with a vehicle service contract included. If the product is declined for any reason, the F&I manager has a fast, easy and flexible option of presenting Budco Financial’s interest-free financing solution,” Stafford continued.

Budco Financial vice president of sales and marketing Mark Pierret added, “We are excited to have Darwin as an F&I menu partner. By integrating with Darwin, we can provide a vehicle service contract selling solution that maximizes efficiency for our dealerships and helps them generate incremental profit. Their knowledgeable team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service.

“In addition, they maintain a leading-edge retailing experience for F&I products,” Pierret added.

partnership gears

Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced on Tuesday it has successfully completed all dealership management system (DMS) integrations with DDI Technology, an established provider of vehicle title and registration services for dealerships.

Auto/Mate’s DMS customers can now use DDI Technology’s solutions to improve workflow, reduce fraud and errors, eliminate paper storage and keep data secure.

For the second time in the past few days, 700Credit finalized another integration; this time with ABCoA so dealerships can answer the question of, “How can we get rid of double-entry and multiple screens when working a deal?”

ABCoA has integrated 700Credit’s credit, compliance and pre-screen platforms into the Deal Pack DMS. The companies explained this development means that full credit reports and prescreen (soft pull) reports can be accessed through one platform in an effort to create a smoother, more efficient workflow.

ABCoA Deal Pack is dealer management software that can help dealerships and finance companies work a deal faster while remaining compliant. Deal Pack can offer sales, leasin and finance as well as service and parts with built-in, real-time accounting, allowing a dealer to manage all facets of their operation in one single software.

The tool can simplify daily tasks and eliminates duplicate data entry.

“The integration between the Deal Pack platform and our credit, prescreen and compliance solutions provide dealers with a seamless workflow as they move through the desking and sales process,” 700Credit managing director Ken Hill said. “ABCoA provides an all-in-one DMS solution for independent, BHPH and LHPH dealers, and we are excited to be a part of their solution.”

ABCoA president Jonathan Hedy added, “700Credit offers a robust credit, compliance, prescreen and consumer pre-qualification solution that adds value for our clients in the subprime industry. Our integration is seamless, and I am excited to offer 700Credit within Deal Pack.”

The relationship with ABCoA comes on the heels of 700Credit finalizing an integration with the AppOne Dealer Portal to help powersports stores.

Officials from 700Credit, which provides credit reports, compliance solutions and soft-pull products and services, recently finalized another integration aimed at streamlining delivery to be as fast as the weekend toys that powersports dealers sell.

AppOne integrated 700Credit’s credit and compliance platform within the AppOne Dealer Portal, which can connect dealers and finance companies to automate and accelerate the traditional indirect credit application submission and documentation processes.

AppOne is a web-based platform that connects recreational vehicle, marine, and power sport dealers with financing. AppOne can give dealers the ability to submit credit applications to finance companies and prepare and print finance-company specific document packages, eliminating the task of forms management and greatly reducing the chance of returned contacts and re-contracting.

“The AppOne platform provides the workflow and technology to allow dealers to get deals done more efficiently,” 700Credit managing director Ken Hill said. “The integration between the AppOne platform and our credit and compliance solutions provide dealers with a seamless workflow, providing efficiencies as they move through the lending process.”

AppOne senior sales director Chet Heughan added, “We are excited to offer 700Credit services to the thousands of marine, RV and power sport dealers using the AppOne Dealer Portal.

“The suite of services offered by 700Credit goes far beyond simple access to credit bureaus and adds true value and efficiency to the dealer’s sales and compliance processes,” Heughan went on to say.
