Dominion redesigns equity mining solution to provide dealership staff personalized experiences


Dominion Dealer Solutions announced Thursday that it has redesigned its DealActivator solution to provide users with personalized experiences based on their dealership roles.

This follows other news from this month that the company released its new cloud-based CRM — Dominion Vision CRM — which features both customized reporting and consumer-focused communication tools including a virtual, personal assistant, “Olivia.”

“Our team has utilized dealer feedback and developed the logic to identify where the equity software users spend most of their time and present them with daily tasks based on real customer needs,” DealActivator founder and vice president of product for Dominion Dealer Solutions Alan Andreu said in a news release.

DealActivator’s new enhancements include an exclusive reporting dashboard for the dealership manager and a daily equity workflow for optimizing sales for sales users.

In addition to DealActivator’s modern dashboard experience that allows users to complete their daily equity plans from a single screen, the new customer details page is filled with information that provides a full view of the customer.

Additionally, the new DealActivator Customer Packet for one-stop easy printing, allows the user print out packets which include a customizable service letter, Book Value Certificate, presentation sheet and a lead sheet for any customer.
