CHICAGO -

In an effort to simplify the service loyalty programs provided by dealerships, Incentivefox announced Thursday that it has introduced a new program that rewards consumers for their loyalty to dealership service departments.

The company's newest program, called Service Loyalty Rewards, is designed to help dealerships provide their customers with enhanced automated promotions and reminders, as well as a dealer branded Visa reward card.

“Incentivefox’s technology gives customers immediate gratification by confirming rewards through automated text and email notifications,” company chief executive officer Mark Tepper said in a news release. “The replacement of confusing point systems and lackluster ‘coupons’ with no tracking and limited ROI was long overdue. The automotive industry needs to refocus on building quality customer relationships, and this program is an effective way to bring business back into your service center and create brand loyalty.”

As part of the new Service Loyalty Rewards program, once a customer has left the dealership they can expect a text message or email explaining that they have received a reimbursement for a percentage of their total service bill, according to Incentivefox.

Moreover, the company explained that it’s up to dealerships to determine bill percentages that will be loaded on to a consumer reward card.

Additionally, following a vehicle purchase, those particular customers can also register for the Service Loyalty Rewards by visiting the dealer’s website or be signed by a sales representative the same day.
