NCM Associates has hired Thomas Richards as vice president of NCM Labs to lead NCM’s newest Labs division and its Software Solutions team. 

Richards has nearly 25 years of executive experience.

Prior to joining NCM, Richards developed and implemented sales strategies for Cox Automotive, vAuto, and Dealertrack.

“With Tom, NCM has gained an incredible resource to champion our Labs project and software teams,” NCM Associates president and chief executive officer Paul Faletti, Jr. said in a news release. “His strong sales and leadership background will bring sustainable growth and success to those divisions, our valuable clients, and NCM as a whole.”

Richards has held executive roles including vice president of sales at vAuto, and vice president of sales at DealerTrack. He also has experience in retail automotive, having served in dealership positions such as finance director and general sales manager.

In addition to his executive background, Richard also has experience in retail, having served in dealership positions such as finance director and general sales manager. He received his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University.
