ST. LOUIS -

St. Louis drivers can now choose to access a new fleet of available vehicles offered through a vehicle subscription service created by the Lou Fusz Automotive Network.

The company announced Tuesday that it has launched the Fusz Select program, through which members who join can pay a monthly fee for access to thousands of vehicles.

“We’ve seen subscription services emerging for entertainment, retail and other industries. Right now, is the perfect time to follow that trend and offer a similar service for the automotive market,” Lou Fusz chief executive officer and president Randy Fusz said in a news release. “Fusz Select is an alternative to owning or leasing. We’re excited to offer the first automotive subscription service in the St. Louis market.”

While there is a one-time activation fee to join the new program, Lou Fusz said that it will waive the activation fees of the first 30 Fusz Select members who sign on.

Members are required to pay a one-time activation fee of $550 and a flat monthly fee of $950.

Fusz Select membership is open to anyone the age of 21 or over with a valid license, who has both a clean driving record and background check, according to the company.

“Whether it’s SUVs for family trips, fun sports cars for a night out on the town, or luxury sedans for a stress-free daily commute, our subscribers can drive the perfect vehicle for any occasion for one monthly fee,” added Fusz. “Subscription car service is a flexible alternative to owning or leasing and we're eager to position Fusz Select at the forefront of this growing trend.”

Additionally, later this fall, the company said that it will also introduce a “prime” subscription option that will feature an assortment of select luxury vehicles that members can choose from.
