CARMEL, Ind. -

ADESA announced Tuesday that it has named Brenda Aden general manager of its ADESA Brasher’s location.

Aden who joined ADESA in 2010, will transition from ADESA Las Vegas GM — a role she’s held since 2016.

Not only has ADESA Las Vegas been recognized as a Best Auto Auction to Work For by Auto Remarketing during her time at the location, this July, she was also featured in its latest Power 300 installment.

“Brenda has extensive experience in auction operations, employee development and customer service — serving as an example to those on her team and a true advocate for our customers,” ADESA chief operating officer Srisu Subrahmanyam said in a news release. “During her more than 20 years in the industry, she has worked in nearly every aspect of the auction business, established strong industry relationships, and fostered a customer experience-focused culture.”

ADESA said that Aden began her career in the industry as an auction block clerk in Denver, and she later transitioned into serving managerial roles at auctions in Orlando and Las Vegas prior to joining ADESA in 2010.

In fact, she started as an assistant general manager during the opening of Premier’s Las Vegas Auction, and played a vital role in opening the ADESA Las Vegas facility in 2011, according to ADESA.
