DALLAS -

Copart announced Tuesday plans to expand its Tucson, Ariz. location on South Arcadia Avenue.

This news of the Copart Tucson growth follows an Arizona expansion in Phoenix back in November, along with other similar moves.

"Our team in Tucson is prepared to take on a higher volume of vehicles," Copart chief executive officer Jay Adair said in a news release. "Just like our Phoenix location's recent expansion, Tucson's growth will provide increased efficiencies for buyers and sellers across Arizona."

Copart Tucson holds online vehicle auctions every Friday at 2 p.m. (CT).

Eligible buyers can join auctions and bid via either the Copart website or the Copart Mobile App for both iOS and Android devices.

Bidding kiosks are available at Copart Tucson during business hours.

"We're excited to continue providing excellent customer service at a larger scale," said Copart Tucson general manager Cesar Villegas. "We've been preparing for this expansion from an operations standpoint, and we have the processes in place to support increased inventory from our clients."
