On Thursday, IAA announced an expansion in a fifth state so far this year, adding California to the list that already includes New Jersey, Florida, Indiana and Hawaii.

IAA highlighted capacity growth in two important California regions.

The company said IAA Fresno has expanded again to meet growing demand in the key market of the San Joaquin Valley.

The company mentioned significant capacity also has been added to meet customer needs in the densely populated Los Angeles market with the IAA Santa Clarita branch growing by more than 75% and IAA Fontana expanding by 40% to provide additional capacity in the region.

“By expanding our footprint and investing strategically in property, we are helping to support growing customer demand in these key California markets,” said Tim O’Day, president of U.S. operations, in a news release. “IAA will continue to pursue opportunities to enhance the buying and selling experience for our customers.”

The company expansion in New Jersey arrived just before Labor Day, while the broadening in Florida, Indiana and Hawaii came earlier in the summer.
