EDMONDS, Wash. –
Sister-owned Kaman Auctions celebrated its first anniversary by hosting a live charity auction to raise funds and awareness for the Edmonds Boys & Girls Club program.
Kaman Auctions, a wholesale auto auction business operated by sisters Lynn Kamacho and Marci Norman and serving the greater Seattle area, reportedly helped raise $3,600 to benefit the club during the Nov.14 event.
The auction company partnered with local businesses to host the charity auction, with Tom Pasma serving as auctioneer and more than 20 local businesses, retailers and car dealerships donating items for the auction.
“The charity auction was a huge success due to the generous support of our donors, who provided all the fabulous items for this event,” said Kamacho.
Norman added, “We were blessed by the outpouring of generosity from our customers and the local business community that helped raise $3,600 for the Edmonds Boys & Girls Club scholarship programs.”
