Holman Enterprises, which is a global automotive services organization, has named Chris Conroy president and chief operating officer, while also announcing several additional leadership changes that it said will support its “continued evolution” and further align its automotive core competencies.

Holman said Brian Bates will continue to lead the organization’s retail division, Holman Automotive. The company said that it is one of the largest privately owned U.S. dealership groups with 40 dealership franchises representing 20 brands from the East Coast to the Pacific Northwest.

The company promoted Bob White to president, fleet & mobility. He will continue leading Holman Enterprises’ fleet management division, ARI. White will also be responsible for the organization’s commercial and consumer insurance division, Holman Insurance Services.

Holman promoted Pete Dondlinger to president, manufacturing & distribution, noting that Dondlinger will oversee Auto Truck Group and Kargo Master, Holman Enterprises’ work truck upfitting and manufacturing businesses. Dondlinger will also oversee Holman Parts Distribution, the organization’s national distributor of OEM powertrain services and logistics provider, working to “maximize the natural synergies” between those businesses.

Conroy has been with the organization for 25 years, holding various leadership positions, including ARI president. He most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Holman Business Services.

Responsibilities for Conroy in his new role will include leadership of all Holman Enterprises’ operating companies in delivering technology-driven automotive services to commercial and consumer segments globally.

Holman Enterprises, Under Conroy’s guidance, will align its executive leadership structure to strengthen and evolve the company’s collection of automotive services and expertise to further support its strategic vision for sustained growth.
