SEATTLE -

Auction Edge announced Wednesday that the company will be the sole technology provider for Wolfe’s Auto Auctions’ auction systems, online presence and online sales.

Following Auction Edge software training earlier this year, installations began at Wolfe’s Auto Auctions’ Terre Haute location, followed by Evansville and then South Bend.

Auction Edge said the three locations were among the first to take advantage of the new Auction Access Floor Plan integration — the latest addition to the Auction Edge AOS system.

“Wolfe’s Auto Auctions are very excited to be a part of the Auction Edge team,” Wolfe’s Auto Auctions marketing manager Tony Wolfe said in a news release. “Only a few months in and we have already seen strong results with new dealer registrations and overall online activity. Installation was smooth and the Auction Edge team did a great job with the overall conversion process.”

Auction Edge trainers began with hands-on demonstrations among small groups, as well as followed up with some one-on-one training, the company said.

By utilizing existing servers, workstations, printers and tablets, Wolfe’s Auto Auctions avoided burdensome hardware costs during the Auction Edge installation.

“Auction Edge built its offerings of solutions to allow us to right size the auction management system and other product solutions to meet the exact needs of each auction” said Dan Diedrich, chief executive officer of Auction Edge. “This, coupled with expert training and support differentiates us as the clear choice for efficient auction operation in both the traditional and digital space.”
