Vehlo’s Total Customer Connect and Dealerlogix platforms have been given Ford’s seal of approval.

The fixed operations software and communications platforms have been selected as preferred partners to Ford dealerships nationwide in a partnership focused on Ford’s commitment to video multi-point inspections.

Vehlo said Total Customer Connect and Dealerlogix allow dealerships to stay in contact with customers through video text messaging and a cloud-based system designed to streamline the service lane, making the advisers’ and technicians’ jobs easier and more efficient.

The company said Ford dealerships using Total Customer Connect or Dealerlogix have access to a set of tools designed for the service drive, including digital multi-point inspections with integrated video sharing, mobile and contactless payment processing, automated text messaging for status updates and e-approvals, service department analytics and operational reporting, and performance success coaching.
