myKaarma’s stated goal is to support innovation in technology for dealerships. But it doesn’t want to do it alone.
The customer interaction and payments platform has launched its Partner Portal, a new platform it called “an absolute necessity for forging a truly open, flexible and developer-centric ecosystem” for auto dealers, OEMs and technology providers.
“Dealers today expect their technology partners to work together seamlessly,” CEO Ujj Nath said. “At the same time, innovation is happening faster than ever. With the launch of our Partner Portal, we’re enabling partners to move quickly while ensuring everything built on myKaarma meets the level of quality and reliability our customers expect.”
In a news release, the company said the Partner Portal enables speed to market while “guaranteeing” reliability and quality with “non-negotiable standards” for dealer trust and performance, security and consistency.
The portal is designed to allow partners to discover and activate APIs relevant to their use cases, test integrations in a dedicated environment and manage their relationship with myKaarma through a centralized interface.
In a news release, Chris Hoke, CEO of inventory management technology provider VINCUE, said the portal has “accelerated our ability to quickly ramp up development with myKaarma” and bring an integrated system to customers faster.

myKaarma said it plans to expand the Partner Portal later this year to allow dealers to submit and deploy their own internally developed technology across their organizations, extending the platform’s flexibility and giving dealer groups more control over their tech stack.
“Partners don’t want gatekeeping — they want clarity, speed and the ability to build,” myKaarma vice president of partnerships Matt Bateman said. “We designed the Partner Portal to remove friction from the process while still upholding the standards dealers expect. And as we open the door for dealer-developed solutions, we’re taking another step toward a truly collaborative ecosystem.”
