Greensboro Auto Auction is commemorating 25 years of business next month with a sales event and giveaways totaling more than $40,000.

The event is slated for April 6 and will include consignment from the following:

Moreover, in a promotion that started earlier this month, any vehicle bought at the auction between March 2 and April 6 qualifies a dealer for prize drawings during the event.

Those prizes include cash and a 2011 Polaris Ranger Crew 500. A total of $40,000 in prizes will be given away.

Looking back on its 25 years of operation, GAA noted how it has emerged as a 16-lane facility with more than 1,800 units running each week after starting out as a four-lane facility.
