RockED has launched a new program to help dealers, dealership managers and frontline teams prepare for Federal Trade Commission pricing enforcement, promote advertising transparency and continue to adapt to evolution in the regulatory environment.

The “FTC Pricing Enforcement: A Dealer Information Series” course is free to all dealers across the U.S. and includes 12 short videos covering key areas of auto retail where FTC is active.

That would include enforcement actions and potentially risky pricing practices, like drip pricing or hidden down payment requirements.

The videos offer both regulatory context as well as practical implementation for dealers.

“This is a topic that continues to evolve across the automotive industry,” said Matthias Stoever, co-founder and CEO of RockED. “We are happy to make relevant information available through RockED.”
