This week, STELLA Automotive AI appointed Jennifer Powell as its new vice president of operations, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in operations, business transformation, program management, and organizational excellence.

Powell most recently served as executive vice president of program management and operations with MRM.

In her new role, Powell will oversee STELLA’s operational strategy, process optimization, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional execution. She will work closely with leadership teams across the company to support continued growth, enhance operational performance, and ensure STELLA remains positioned for long-term success.

“Jennifer brings an exceptional combination of operational expertise, transformational leadership, and strategic thinking,”, STELLA chief executive officer Rich Sands said in a news release. “Her ability to build scalable processes, lead complex organizations, and foster collaboration across teams will be instrumental as we continue to rapidly expand our operations.”

Powell added, “I’m excited to join STELLA at such an important time in the company’s growth.

“Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed building strong teams, driving meaningful transformation, and creating operating models that enable organizations to thrive. I look forward to partnering with the talented team at STELLA to help shape the next chapter of success,” she went on to say.
