Asbury Automotive Group has named a new senior vice president and chief human resources officer.
Wendy Reynolds-Dobbs, who is currently Asbury’s interim chief human resources officer and vice president of talent development and chief culture officer, will begin that new role on Sept. 14.
Reynolds-Dobbs joined Asbury in May 2022. Her prior roles include serving as vice president and chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at Unisys Corp. and VP of talent management and diversity and inclusion at Change Healthcare.
“Since joining Asbury in 2022, Wendy has been a transformative leader and a driving force behind our culture, talent and team member experience,” Asbury president and CEO Daniel Clara said in a news release.
“Her leadership, passion and commitment to developing our people have made a meaningful impact across our organization. I am confident that under Wendy’s leadership, we will continue to strengthen our culture, unlock the full potential of our team members, and elevate the industry leading guest experience that differentiates Asbury.”

Jed Milstein, who was most recently SVP and chief human resources officer, will provide consulting services to Asbury through the end of the year. Milstein was with Asbury for a decade.
