America’s Auto Auction said Friday it has promoted two of its leaders to general manager roles at two of its auctions.
Richard Boisvert is now the GM at America’s Auto Auction New Orleans and Keegan Brown is now GM of America’s Auto Auction Peoria.
Boisvert is the second graduate of the company’s America’s University advanced leadership development to get promoted to a GM position. Nathan Ireton, who was in the America’s University inaugural class along with Boisvert, became the GM at America’s Auto Auction Oklahoma.
America’s University offers advanced training in leadership, operations, customer engagement and strategic decision-making to help future leaders prepare for expanded responsibilities, the company said.
“Richard and Keegan have each earned this opportunity through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to serving customers and teammates,” America’s Auto Auction CEO Chuck Tapp said in a news release.
“Richard’s promotion demonstrates the impact of America’s University, while Keegan’s career journey highlights the opportunities available to employees who are willing to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Together, they represent two successful paths for developing leaders within America’s Auto Auction.”

Boisvert has been with the organization since 2002 and most recently was director of operations leading the Tampa, Fla., and Mobile, Ala., auctions, as well as leading fleet/lease operations in Tampa.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead the New Orleans team,” Boisvert said in a news release. “This company has invested in my growth throughout my career, and I’m excited to work alongside our employees and customers as we continue building on the auction’s success. New Orleans has a talented team, strong customer relationships, and a great reputation, and I’m looking forward to helping drive its future success.”
Brown’s first role in the auction business was a dealer registration position at Columbus Fair Auto Auction, where she started in 2019.
Brown advanced through various operational, accounting and fleet leadership roles at the auction, including serving as fleet/lease manager at Columbus Fair.
The company recruited Brown to America’s Auto Auction Richmond to head up its fleet department.
“I’ve been fortunate to learn from many great leaders throughout my career and to have opportunities that challenged me to grow both personally and professionally,” Brown said. “Every role I’ve held has taught me something new and helped prepare me for this opportunity. I’m excited to lead the Peoria team, continue serving our customers, and build on the success and strong reputation of the auction.”
