The American International Automobile Dealers Association and CNA National are teaming up for a webinar this week that will focus on increasing efficiency in dealership accounting offices.
The free webinar, titled “Dealership Dollars: Managing Your Accounting Practices with Back Office Consolidation,” is scheduled for Aug. 21 at 1 p.m.
“This webinar will help dealers successfully streamline their dealership’s accounting operation through back office consolidation,” officials said.
The webinar will be co-hosted by Todd Sands, vice president of product administration and sales at CAN National; and Mercedes Hendricks, senior manager of the retail dealer group at Crowe Horwath.
The webinar will touch on subjects including, what to consider when determining whether consolidating functions is right for you, how to get started, how to overcome potential hurdles, and benchmarks for a centralized accounting office, officials explained.
This webinar is suited for dealer principals, general managers, controllers, business managers, and human resource managers, according to AIADA and CNA.
