Montway purchases luxury vehicle transport brokerage

Montway Auto Transport, a third-party logistics brokerage, said Tuesday it acquired Angels Moving Autos, which is a luxury auto transport brokerage.
Angles Moving Autos was founded in 2003 and provides “white-glove” enclosed and open vehicle shipping services. It offers services to dealerships and individuals for the transport of high-end sports cars, luxury vehicles, as well as exotic cars, collector cars and more.
Owner Dina Gifford will remain with Angels Moving Autos as general manager.
“It’s rare to find a company so deeply committed to service excellence, a trait we value at Montway,” Montway chairman and CEO Tom Gartland said in a news release.
“Dina Gifford is a true leader, involved in every aspect of the business,” Gartland said. “She personally speaks with individual customers, dealerships, and carriers alike to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. We are excited to welcome Angels Moving Autos into the Montway family of brands.”
Gifford added: “My focus for Angels Moving Autos has always been on treating each customer and their vehicle with the utmost care and respect. Whether it’s a family car or a high-value investment like a Lamborghini, Porsche, or Ferrari, I appreciate the trust our customers place in us. Joining Montway allows us to scale that commitment and serve even more people.”
