Holman has made two moves at the highest rungs of the corporate ladder.

The dealership group and global automotive services company has promoted executives Pete Dondlinger and Kristina Nicoles to president roles in moves it said are designed to strengthen and grow the organization’s core businesses while continuing to enhance the employee and customer experience.

Dondlinger will serve as president and chief operating officer, overseeing all of Holman’s commercial businesses. Nicoles is now president and chief administrative officer, leading the company’s corporate services, including human resources, corporate assets, marketing, information technology and legal and compliance.

“Pete and Kristina are extraordinary leaders,” Holman CEO Chris Conroy said, “and they truly embody the core values and principles that have long served as the foundation for Holman’s sustained success.”

In a news release, Holman said Dondlinger will use the extensive industry expertise gained from 27 years in various roles with the company to align its commercial businesses, including the fleet management, upfitting, powertrain distribution, vehicle equipment manufacturing and insurance divisions, to meet the needs of its commercial customers around the world.

Dondlinger previously led Holman’s upfitting and manufacturing business, which the company said had “unprecedented growth and success” under his guidance.

Nicoles is responsible for ensuring the company’s corporate services continue to provide proactive, strategic support for it 10,000-plus employees. Since joining the Holman organization in 2004, she has led a variety of initiatives in several departments, which the company said shows “remarkable business acumen and a profound understanding of Holman’s unique customer service culture.”

Nicoles and Dondlinger have both been added to Holman’s board of directors.
