Affinitiv has hired Thomas “T.O.” Wagner as its as chief revenue officer, the automotive marketing and software firm announced.

In a news release, Affinitive said Wagner will lead its global revenue strategy, overseeing sales execution, strategic accounts and revenue operations as the company continues to scale its presence across dealerships, dealer groups and OEM partners.

Wagner will focus on strengthening Affinitiv’s go-to-market approach, enhancing revenue predictability and expanding relationships with key partners. The company said his leadership will support its “continued investment in customer-focused innovation and scalable growth.”

Wagner’s resume includes more than 30 years of leadership experience in the automotive, software and data-driven services sectors. He’s held senior leadership roles with DMEautomotive, AutoPoint/Solera and Reynolds & Reynolds, among others, Affinitiv said, working with dealer groups and OEMs to modernize go-to-market strategies and deliver sustainable growth.

Affinitive said Wagner is known for building strong team cultures and driving alignment across sales, marketing and operations.
