voAIce Corporation has made a deal to bring its artificial intelligence technology together with customer relationship management data.

The company announced it has acquired TheCRM Corporation to create a single intelligence system for retail dealerships, combining TheCRM’s live dealership data infrastructure with voAIce’s AI.

With the deal, voAIce has introduced DealerCRM, which joins OliviaAI, DealerIdentify and DataSafeAPI among its offerings. In a news release, the company said DealerCRM will operate as a “foundation” within the voAIce platform, powering the intelligence capabilities of a unified system designed to help automotive, RV, powersports, marine and outdoor power equipment dealerships operate with greater intelligence, visibility and efficiency.

“This is not a departure from CRM,” voAIce CEO Richard Latman said. “It is the elevation of it. DealerCRM becomes infrastructure. OliviaAI becomes autonomous execution. The result is a unified system designed for how modern dealerships actually operate.”

DealerCRM provides the central operating database for customer data and dealership activity, voAIce said, and OliviaAI — acting as the dealership’s customized AI “teammate” — acts on that information by engaging with leads and managing communication across channels. As a result, every OliviaAI interaction is informed by the dealership’s complete data environment.

voAIce’s technology is designed to provide intelligence that acts on information in real time, rather than solely storing information. The integration of DealerCRM into voAIce’s platform eliminates fragmented systems, communication blind spots and the need for middleware, the company said.

“The future of dealership technology is not additional disconnected software,” Latman said. “It is unified intelligence operating across every department and every customer touchpoint.

“DealerCRM provides the foundation connecting dealership staff to every customer, conversation and transaction. OliviaAI activates that data, capable of responding to every lead, every message and every phone call in real time. Together, they form the unified intelligence platform powering the next generation of dealership operations.”

Vice president of sales Brett Nicholson said the acquisition of TheCRM represents “a fundamental shift” in how dealership technology works.

“For years, dealers have been forced to manage disconnected systems that store information but don’t actively help them operate,” he said. “By bringing DealerCRM and OliviaAI together within the voAIce platform, dealerships gain a unified intelligence system that captures every customer interaction and helps teams respond faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver a better buying experience.

“It’s about giving dealers the infrastructure they need to compete in a modern retail environment.”
