ANDERSON, S.C. — Carolina Auto Auction management shared some details about the growing list of inventory, cash awards and other prizes expected to be a part of its Christmas in July sales event.

The promotion that launched on June 2 culminates on July 14. Between those dates, auction executives mentioned that participating dealers have a chance at a weekly progressive $2,500 Carolina Cash Pot.

Then on July 14, the auction will hand over $35,000 in cash and prizes, including a trip for four to Bristol Motor Speedway, as well as tickets to Atlanta Motor Speedway and Talladega Super Speedway. Carolina AA also plans to award a 50-inch plasma TV, a surround sound system, two leather recliners, various NASCAR merchandise and a year's supply of Coca-Cola.

The sale itself is expected to include consignment of more than 1,600 vehicles.

"It is rumored that the Big Man himself might make an appearance on July 14, but whether or not Kris Kringle is a registered dealer is yet to be determined," Carolina AA officials declared.

Award-winning Carolina AA is located on an 87-acre site just off of Interstate 85 between Atlanta and Charlotte, N.C. The auction also provides live lane bidding online via Pipeline Simulcast.
