GE Fleet Appoints New Senior VP of Sales
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — GE Capital Fleet Services revealed Monday that it has named a new senior vice president of sales. Named to the post was Jon Parker, whose most recent position was as chief commercial officer for GE Capital Financial Inc.
Parker moves into the post previously held by Deb Frodl, who is moving into the role of chief strategic and product development leader.
In Parker's new role, his duties include heading up GE Fleet's strategic sales efforts, while also collaborating with product development teams to make sure that new products and services incorporate customer needs and insights.
"Customers will benefit from Jon's wealth of sales leadership experience, as well as his extensive knowledge of GE," stated Clarence Nunn, president and chief executive officer of GE Fleet. "His focus will be on executing our growth strategy while continuing to deliver comprehensive financing and fleet management solutions to meet customer needs."
Looking at Parker's experience in more detail, he has been with GE since 1994 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility in various commercial finance segments of GE Capital.
Before his time with GE, he worked at Northern Trust Co. in Chicago as a sales leader.
