Officials estimated that the combined annual revenues these stores bring into Lithia will be $35 million.

Meanwhile, Lithia revealed that Fresno Chrysler Jeep Inc. has bought the company's Dodge dealership in Fresno, Calif. This particular store brought in an estimated $17 million in annual revenue.

"Lithia is excited to be entering the Bend market," shared Sid DeBoer, Lithia's chairman and chief executive officer.

"As an Oregon-based company headquartered in a similar-sized city, we pride ourselves on understanding these communities and their customers," he continued. "These two transactions continue our progress towards diversification and improving our brand mix."
