National Auto Auction Week Set for Next Month

Late next month the National Auto Auction Association is holding its annual week for members to showcase their various achievements, be they in the business world or in serving the community.
NAAA is asking its members to use National Auto Auction Week as a way to show their appreciation to customers and employees and engage further with their respective communities.
The week is slated for Aug. 22 through Aug. 26.
“This special week celebrates our industry’s seven decades of entrepreneurship, financial success and community service,” NAAA said on its website.
“We encourage you to use this time to thank your loyal customers, recognize your outstanding employees and renew your commitment to the community with a variety of events and activities,” the association continued. “To increase the public and customer awareness you could invite your governor, mayor or other elected leaders to give this week their stamp of approval with an official proclamation.”
The association also emphasized that the week can serve as a marketing anchor for auctions and stressed that members should maximize the materials provided on the NAAA website to outline their respective local charity efforts.
“And it’s the perfect time to say ‘Thank you’ to your dealers and employees,” NAAA stated. “National Auto Auction Week provides an excellent opportunity to show your appreciation for the people who contribute to the success of your auction.”
