Online vehicle retailer Carvana said Wednesday it has expanded same-day delivery service to the Minneapolis area.

In addition to select local customers being able to receive their vehicle as soon as the same day the place an order, local sellers can schedule pickup and dropoff the same day they complete an online appraisal through the Carvana platform.

Carvana launched the same-day service in Arizona and it is now available in markets across more than 20 states. As Carvana adds to its logistics and reconditioning infrastructure, it plans on continuing to scale the same-day delivery service.

Carvana said Tuesday it is bringing its Inspection and Reconditioning Center capabilities to the ADESA Charlotte auto auction location.

“After serving car buyers and sellers in the Minneapolis area for many years, we’re excited to introduce an even faster and more convenient Carvana experience with same-day delivery,” said Jacqueline Hearns, Carvana’s senior director of market operations and expansion.

“As we continue expanding our logistics network and regional operations, we’re making it easier than ever for eligible customers across the Twin Cities to buy or sell a car on their schedule.”
