Holman has opened a new BMW dealership in the Portland, Ore., area that the company is touting as “state-of-the-art.”

Holman said BMW of Tigard features a contemporary showroom designed to “enhance the buying process and deliver the exceptional customer experience that has long been a hallmark of Holman dealerships.”

The company said the dealership includes 250,000 square feet of BMW sales and service area, a modern showroom featuring lounge seating and “first-class amenities”, covered parking for all new and pre-owned vehicles, and an indoor service drive.

“At Holman, we pride ourselves on providing an elevated, hospitality-forward experience in a sophisticated retail environment across our entire family of dealerships,” president of automotive retail Gene Welsh said. “We’re excited to welcome customers to BMW of Tigard to connect like never before with the brand’s exhilarating lineup of ultimate driving machines.”

The new store also will feature “an extensive fleet of courtesy vehicles” for service customers and a BMW M performance center with a dedicated area for M Series models.

“The impressive dealership seamlessly blends modern design aesthetics with innovative technology to deliver an experience that embodies BMW’s legendary styling and performance,” Holman senior vice president of dealership operations Jaymie Hampson said.

The company said its existing Kuni BMW dealership in nearby Beaverton will transition into the new Tigard facility. Holman acquired Kuni BMW with the rest of the Kuni Automotive operation in 2016.
