Honda Financial Services Reaches Sales Milestone in June Through OPENLANE

Honda Financial Services reported a milestone this week using its upstream sales platform provided by OPENLANE.
This past June, HFS celebrated the sale of more than 200,000 vehicles through OPENLANE.
Commenting on the news, Jean-Marc Leclerc, vice president and chief compliance/risk officer, and secretary at Honda Financial Services Inc., said, “We are very excited to have sold our 200,000th vehicle since launching our upstream program with OPENLANE in Canada in June of 2007.
“OPENLANE has proven themselves as a trusted business adviser for our remarketing efforts,” he continued.
HFS attributes much of its recent success to HFS' commitment to “advancing technologies and their integration with day-to-day business.”
The company shared that through the partnership with OPENLANE, HFS has seen online conversion rates surge.
“We have achieved a very significant online conversion rate in recent years,” Leclerc said. “We are happy to see the conversion has only improved since ADESA’s acquisition of OPENLANE.”
HFS provides its dealer network “a full-scale grounding and post-lease purchasing solution provided by OPENLANE technology,” the company explained.
HFS also makes its vehicles available on next.ADESA.ca.
ADESA’s Lisa Scott, senior vice president of sales and marketing, commented on the news as well, saying, “We are proud to have continually provided timely enhancements and insightful solutions that address HFS’ evolving requirements.”
“In this period of integration between ADESA and OPENLANE, our technology and program teams have not skipped a beat when it comes to servicing our customers. It is exactly that level of service that HFS expects from us as a partner and we’re happy to have been a part of an ongoing success story such as theirs," she concluded.”
