McLEAN, Va. -

Officials cited the online training partnership between Audi of America and NADA University as why sales consultant Gonzalo Ladron de Guevara and service adviser Keith Lindgren from Continental Audi of Naperville, Ill., are both learning ways to increase their professional skill sets and advance their careers.

Training dealership staff and manufacturer executives to increase sales and improve the customer experience is a priority for Audi.

The luxury brand  was the first automaker last year to subscribe to NADA University’s premium virtual training package on behalf of its network of 279 dealerships.

Ladron de Guevara explained how it has been vital for him.

“This program has definitely made a big difference in my performance,” said Ladron de Guevara, who logs on to NADA University when he has downtime during the day.

“It has made me a better professional.”

More details about the program and Ladron de Guevara’s experience can be seen in the video posted below.
