OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -

NCM Associates has brought in two additional associations to serve its retail auto clients.

NCM announced Wednesday that it has hired Lee Michaelson and Robert Crocker, which join NCM’s Retail Operations Consulting division under Paul Stowe’s direction.

The company said Michaelson and Crocker each have significant retail automotive management experience and will help NCM in meeting the need for increasing demand for its in-dealership consulting services.

NCM president and chief executive officer Paul Faletti Jr. officially introduced the new additions to the rest of the NCM Associates team earlier this month at NCM’s semi-annual management meeting at company headquarters

“NCM Associates is on a strategic mission to meet the demands of our clients who are enthusiastic about improving the profitability of their operations. It is imperative for us to increase our capacity to meet the ever-increasing need for professional retail coaching and consulting our clients are demanding,” Faletti said.  “With the addition of these two strong retail specialists, the Retail Operations division has an even deeper bench of retail expertise to assist our clients dealership-wide with their variable, fixed and administrative departments’ processes and profitability.”

Explaining more about their respective backgrounds, Michaelson has more than 25 years of auto retail operations and management experience, and will offer variable, fixed and administration operations expertise to dealers in his role as a NCM Retail Coach.

Michaelson has had executive and general management positions with large dealership groups in Kentucky and Pennsylvania, and also worked as a business broker, assisting companies in business planning, exit strategies and targeted growth plans.

As for Crocker, he brings a background in retail automotive management, training and consulting. Crocker worked in his family’s Ford dealership from 1972 to 1985, becoming the dealer principal there.

Since 1987, Crocker has held positions in sales and general management for auto dealerships and independent consulting organizations around the U.S. and internationally.

As a NCM Retail Coach, he will assist the company’s automotive dealership clients in transforming underperforming sales teams, helping them achieve rapid and sustainable profit growth.
