The Courtesy Automotive Group has acquired Watson Chevrolet and Infiniti of Tucson in Tucson, Ariz., according to a news release from Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions.

Pinnacle represented the seller in the transaction, which closed on Aug. 31, and was led by Bill Scrivner, founder and CEO of Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions.

Following the acquisition, the dealerships will operate as Courtesy Chevrolet of Tucson and Courtesy Infiniti of Tucson.

“Successful transactions start with understanding what each party is looking to accomplish and bringing the right people together around a shared opportunity,” Scrivner said in the news release. “We were proud to represent the seller in this transaction and help facilitate a deal that positions these dealerships and Scott Gruwell for continued success in the Tucson market.”

This transaction marks the first time Pinnacle has worked with either party.

“We’re excited to welcome these Chevrolet and Infiniti dealerships to the Courtesy family and expand our presence in Tucson,” said Scott Gruwell, president and CEO of Courtesy Automotive Group. “We appreciate Pinnacle’s work in bringing this opportunity together and look forward to building on the dealerships’ strong foundation, supporting their teams and continuing to serve customers throughout the Tucson community.”
