The Nashville-area hub is located at 1821 Gallatin Pike N. in Madison, Tenn. For CarLotz, a consignment-to-retail used-vehicle marketplace, It marks the ninth Southeast U.S. opening and 11th nationwide.
CarLotz co-founder and CEO Michael Bor said CarLotz’s consignment model is a category leader, and its guests are responding.
“We firmly believe the great people of Tennessee will be thrilled to get more money for their car and more car for their money,” Bor said in a news release.
Bor also said, “We can’t wait to open up and show our new guests what we’re all about. Nashville’s strong growth, vibrant community, and location are complementary to CarLotz’s other southeast U.S. locations, and make this a perfect next step as we execute on our mission to spread the unique CarLotz model across the U.S.”
Tennessee adds to CarLotz’s hubs in Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Illinois and Texas.
The company recently opened its first West Coast hub in Seattle, which it says further expands its full omni-channel offering.
