Existing Digital Air Strike Social Logix customers using iOS or Android can obtain the app by contacting the company at (888) 804-8052.
Among the app’s amenities are breaking news alerts that keep dealers up to speed on social media/review site trends and changes. Another function is the alerts and tracking for all the dealer’s recent social media activity.
The app also includes alerts for all online reviews and allows dealers to immediately respond. There are 20 review sites that the app monitors, the company said.
Additionally, it includes survey stats. In this component, dealers can survey sales and customers daily to get feedback that can help them make any necessary improvements or respond to customers.
“Our new mobile app simplifies life for dealers who are looking to more effectively engage with their online, social community and manage their reputation,” said chief executive officer Tom Mohr. “They get instant updates and insight into what is being said about their dealership and can react at a moment’s notice to reinforce the positive or address the negative.”
