Digital Air Strike Unveils Customer Verified Reviews Integration with Cars.com

Digital Air Strike and Cars.com formed a new partnership on Monday to create integration for customer verified reviews of dealerships.
Digital Air Strike has built a direct customer survey integration process that can allow vehicle buyers and service customers to turn their dealership survey feedback into a dealer review on Cars.com — all without leaving the Digital Air Strike survey environment.
The companies highlighted the seamless new feature is designed to be a turnkey way for dealerships to leverage familiar customer touch points to build review volume on Cars.com, one of the top review platforms consumers turn to when selecting a dealership as ranked by buyers in the 2013 Automotive Social Media Trends Study.
This integration is available exclusively through Digital Air Strike’s newly released Review Surge 3.0 product.
This solution can automatically generate a survey after a patron buys or services a vehicle at the dealership. The dealership’s Dealer Management System (DMS) can trigger a survey with the option of seamlessly leaving feedback on Cars.com within 24 hours of each customer transaction, thus making the reviews generated “verified customer reviews.”
Alexi Venneri, co-founder and chief executive officer at Digital Air Strike, further explained the benefits of this new tool for dealerships.
Venneri insisted this new product will help increase the number and frequency of reviews on Cars.com, providing a more robust view of their overall sales and service experience.
For dealership customers, she went on to mention the integration can provide an easy, automated way to share their experience on Cars.com, informing future customers about what they can expect if they choose to visit the dealership for sales or service.
“We are very pleased to be partnering with Cars.com,” Venneri said. “Digital Air Strike is the first social media company to have this deep integration with an online review platform, and we have already seen positive results for our clients and consumers alike.”
Cars.com product manager Kit Read also commented on the new partnership.
“We pride ourselves on making it easy for shoppers to leave reviews on our site, which has contributed to how quickly review volume has grown. In just over two years, we’ve generated over 280,000 Dealer Reviews on our site,” Read said.
“In the context of the dealership’s follow-up process, this integration aims to eliminate steps for customers while maintaining both the quality and value of the dealer review shared,” Read went on to say.
