NORFOLK, Va. -

Dominion Dealer Solutions this week announced a new vice president of customer services for Dominion DMS. 

With a resume that includes stints at ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds, Susan Moll will now take the lead role in customer service and support for Dominion DMS, which offers both Dominion ACCESS and DominionDMX dealer management systems. 

Moll is responsible for all product implementations, F&I customer support operations, resource management, remote setups, training development, implementation and ongoing support strategies, the company reported.

With more than 25 years of automotive industry and DMS experience, Moll has previously served as vice president of Client & Associate Training at ADP, where she was responsible for developing and executing the ADP Client and Associate Training Vision. 

Her initiatives there included improving alignment between curriculum designs and training programs, optimizing the knowledge level of ADP associates, and increasing overall client product utilization.

Before joining ADP, Moll held various service, customer support and training positions during her 25-year tenure at Reynolds & Reynolds. 

Most recently, she served as vice president of Customer Services with complete oversight for North American service operations, which included more than 800 associates and 10,000 dealers. 

At Reynolds, Moll was responsible for leading the North American Field Engineering, Customer Training, distance Learning Center, F&I Operations Team, as well as the Solutions Consulting Team.
