Edmunds Launches Used Inventory Email Alerts

For dealers listing their used vehicles on Edmunds.com, connecting with used-car shoppers has perhaps become easier thanks to a new offering from the website.
Edmunds has released Used Inventory Email Alerts that notify a shopper when a used car matching his or her criteria has been uploaded to the used-car listings on Edmunds.com.
Shoppers can tailor their alerts to match used cars fitting any combination of body style, make/model, price range, mileage, model year or color. Additionally, alerts can be customized by search radius around customers’ zip codes.
Consumers can also choose whether they want to receive alerts each week or every day.
“The process of finding the right used car can be overwhelming,” said Edmunds.com vice president of marketing Michelle Denogean. “With our inventory email alerts, used-car shoppers can rest easy knowing that we’ll flag them as soon as a great match comes available.”
