Toyota Announces Senior Management Changes

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America recently announced two shifts in senior management. The internal changes are effective immediately.
Shigeki Terashi, former executive vice president of TEMA as well as president of Toyota Technical Center in Ann Arbor, Mich., will assume the position of president of TEMA and will also retain his role at TTC.
Terashi replaces Tetsuo Agata, who is set to return to Japan for a new assignment.
Furthermore, Kazuhiro Miyauchi will now serve as TEMA’s executive vice president of purchasing, production control and logistics control.
Miyauchi previously held the position of managing officer for the automaker’s purchasing project management and unit parts division.
