Auction Edge Integrates Liquid Motors Technology, Brings Cross-Platform Remarketing Capabilities to Customers

As multi-platform selling continues to gain steam in the wholesale industry, Auction Edge announced this week it is joining the ranks, offering what it says provides a convenient way to list and manage inventory on multiple online platforms.
The company revealed it has integrated Liquid Motors capabilities into the Auction Edge platform.
Auction Edge will now offer EDGE Multi-List, a custom version of Liquid Motors One Click Remarketing, to its customers, the company reported.
Commenting on the news, David Weld, chief executive officer of Auction Edge, said “We are excited to bring the capability of multi-listing to the independent auction community.
“Our customers have been asking us to integrate with Liquid Motors to help them list vehicles efficiently. With EDGE Multi-List we’re doing just that. Additionally, adding the Edge Marketplace as a marketplace option to the Liquid Motors suite of products will help grow the available cars on EDGE Marketplace beyond the millions of vehicles per year that are already available,” he continued.
For many dealers, it can be difficult to list and manage inventory on multiple online platforms, the company stressed. One of the benefits for customers using EDGE Multi-list: the product pushes inventory to major online marketplaces and, “if a bid meets reserve or the vehicle sells with a buy now or accepted offer, the system will automatically remove the vehicle from the other marketplaces.”
Liquid Motors will also include EDGE Now (the online only inventory of EDGE Marketplace) as one of the target online marketplaces available to all users of Liquid Motors wholesale products.
The Edge Multi-List will be available to independent auctions for a monthly subscription with a success fee per vehicle sold.
The company also said there will be initial promotional pricing available for a limited period of time.
An EDGE ASI module is required to enable EDGE Multi-List; existing ASI customers wishing to use EDGE Multi-List can get the module free of charge as part of ongoing enhancements to the ASI product.
“We are excited about this partnership” said Greg Lubrani, chief operating officer of Liquid Motors. “This product will help reduce employee cost at the auctions and help the auctions get consignors vehicles online faster and more efficiently.”
