NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Direct Auction Services founder and chief executive officer David Nutter announced Wednesday that the company has reorganized its leadership team.  

As part of the reorganization, the company named appointees to the newly created roles of chief financial officer and vice president of operations.

Taking on duties in the CFO position is David Rush, who has worked in the auction business for quite some time, including prior roles with ADT Automotive, Manheim and ADESA.

His most recent post was as the leader of the Roadrunner Services, LLC division of Direct Auction Services.

Meanwhile, Joe Ruch will serve as vice president of operations. His experience includes time as an auction operations leader at Manheim locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Ruch’s most recent role with Direct Auction Services was as regional operations manager for the Northeast.

The company also noted that Clint Green will remain in his current post as chief operating office, and David Young will remain president.

Direct Auction Services was founded in 2009, and is the umbrella company for Direct Reconditioning Services, Roadrunner and Auction Tires Online, LLC.  

It primarily focuses on providing specific solutions to the auction industry throughout the U.S.

As for the individual branches, Direct Reconditioning  provides professional management of high volume shop production for the auction industry, including detail, paint and body, and mechanical.  

Auction Tires Online provides tires for the industry. The latest edition, Roadrunner, offers local auction pick-up and delivery services.
