LeasePlan USA Promotes Pair to Expand Client Relations Team

LeasePlan USA has recently promoted two members of its leadership team, Christopher Stoner and David Doyle.
Both Stoner and Doyle have been elevated to the position of regional vice president of client relations sales. The company indicated Stoner and Doyle will be responsible for delivering LeasePlan’s award winning service to a portfolio of clients in the Southeast and Chicago/GreatLakes Region.
As an account manager with its client services team, Stoner managed a portfolio of ieght clients and was an integral part of a client services team that achieved a 97 percent client satisfaction score.
In addition, Stoner frequently worked closely with LeasePlan’s sales teams in strategic planning and consulting. Stoner worked in the truck leasing and management business for 14 years prior to joining LeasePlan.
Doyle joined LeasePlan in 2004 in its mechanical department. Within two short years, he was promoted to manager and in 2010 he was again promoted, this time to the director position.
As director, Doyle served as the subject matter expert for clients and prospects on LeasePlan’s maintenance program. In addition, the company highlighted Doyle worked closely with clients and the Client Relations team to analyze data, solve problems, and assist with the strategic direction for client’s maintenance activities.
Doyle has been ASE Certified during his 27-plus years in the fleet industry.
