What prompted/inspired you to join the auto industry and what do you enjoy most about it?
I enjoy the auto industry because it is built on relationships. I’ve always loved working closely with dealers, understanding their challenges and needs, and finding solutions that truly make their lives easier.

Being able to add value while building strong, lasting partnerships is what motivates me most these days.

What accomplishment are you most proud of in your career?

I’ve been in the auto industry for 25-plus years. I feel my biggest accomplishments hasn’t been a single personal achievement, but rather the impact I’ve had on making my teams better. Investing in their growth, pushing them to reach higher standards, and creating an environment where they can succeed has been far more rewarding than any individual milestone.

Seeing my teams develop, gain confidence, and achieve results together is what I’m most proud of.
